We are currently looking to employ a Sales Manager to lead our dedicated and extremely successful sales team located in South Guildford. We require a proactive Sales Manager who can motivate, lead and further develop the team to activate sales targets, margins and objectives and take advantage of the opportunities to grow the business. The successful applicant will be commercially savvy and have background in administration management.
You will have a proven management background in the industry, or an aligned industry. You will be a natural leader, always enthusiastic and positive and yet have the ability to keep coming up with results by leading from the front.

We are currently seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join our team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the General Manager of Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift, you will be responsible for:
- Office administration and executive support
- Co-ordinating the preparation and submission of time sheets
- Accounts receivable/payable functions
- Data entry and filing
- End of month processing and reporting
- General office duties and facilities management
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum 3-4 years experience in office administration and support
- Good knowledge of procedures and processes
- An organised nature with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
It is also essential that you can provide support to team members and have a reliable and flexible attitude. Willing to take on other duties as requested, we are seeking a personable and motivated individual who thrives in a team environment.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced and qualified Human Resources Specialist to join our Division. Reporting to the General Manager of Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift, you will be responsible for:

Providing effective consultation and advice to senior and operational management on workplace relations matters, including interpretation of industrial instruments, modern awards and related documentation.

Working with senior and operational management to develop and implement employee relations strategies, plans, policies and procedures.

Co-ordinating HR management across the Division, including preparing enterprise agreements and other industrial instruments, and working together with other corporate functions within the Tutt Bryant Group.

Ensuring compliance with applicable workplace laws and regulations
While this position is based in our Perth office, you will have to travel to major operational locations throughout Australia as required.
Key requirements:

Suitable qualifications with at least 3 years experience as an HR specialist preferably within the resources or construction sectors.

Thorough knowledge and experience of the workplace relations regulatory framework and related legislation.

Proactive approach and a strong awareness of current employee relations dynamics, issues and trends.

Capable of forming sound working relationships at all levels of a national organisation, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a qualified and competent trades person to join our busy workshop in Darwin.
THE ROLE.
- Breakdown and scheduled maintenance on cranes, trucks & trailers
- 38 hour week + Overtime.
- Workshop & some field work required.
REQUIREMENT.
-Heavy Mechanical Trade Certificate.(essential).
-Crane Experience. (preferred).
-Green/White card (preferred).
-Experience in diesel engines, hydraulic systems and drive-line including brakes and wheel bearings.
-Additional qualifications such as electrical and welding. (preferred).
