Brief Description of Position; (not limited to the list below)
- Manage the “Day to Day” running of the business in conjunction with the various departmental managers and the Regional Manager
- Manage the company’s personnel and equipment as per the company’s policies
- Enhance the relationships of new and existing clientele
- Pro-actively ensure a high level of appropriate personnel training
- An appropriate company vehicle, mobile phone and computer will be supplied
Requirements; (not limited to the list below)
- Capable computer skills are required
- Personnel Management an advantage
- Training in Human Resources an advantage
- Heavy equipment experience an advantage
- Must be prepared to reside within 1 hours drive of Muswellbrook
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- Up to date CV or Resume is required and references “will” be checked
The successful applicant will receive a generous salary (paid monthly), reviewed annually

Duties include,
Running of a busy transport yard
Scheduling and recording maintenance
Supervision of workshop team
Organising and supervising sub contractors
Ordering and receipting of parts
Stock control
Organising repairs when required outside of the workshop/state
Chipping in and giving the workshop/drivers a hand when required

As our operations expand, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team of crane specialists in Karratha.
You will have:
- trade experience in hydraulics, auto-electrics, engine servicing / repairs, etc. (some previous experience with cranes would be viewed as favourable though not essential).

- skills and traits to ensure efficient time management and task planning.

- based in our Karratha workshop / yard.
